JULY 15th 2015

Aftershock October 24 & 25, 2015 in Sacramento, CA at Gibson Ranch features about 50 bands with Slipknot headlining the first night and Faith No More the second night. Tickets and special VIP packages are still available, just go to the aftershock website and click on the GET tab to check out the different packages.  One of the reasons for the new location at Gibson Ranch this year is the camping availability, there are different camping options as well, and check out the website to see what suits your needs. Also the other reason for the new location is that it has more space for more vendors and more room for concert goers. Tequila World will be there with 6 different Tequila companies showcasing there Tequilas, mixing up your favorite drinks from Cabo Wabo, 1942 Don Julio, el Jimador, Espolòn Tequila, Cuervo, and Tequila Patron. If you are not a fan of Tequila no worries Jack Daniels will be there as well. The Jack Daniels Experience is a mobile museum that brings to life the oldest registered distillery. You can tour the museum and see the history of Jack in the making. Another exciting activity is Crazy Dave's Music Experience the interactive music exhibit. This booth features all elements of a rock band, guitars, bass, keyboards, drums, amps, and electronic gear. You can showcase your own rock star skills here and even possible win some swag as well. They will have artist meet and greets so please check out the website for times.  The newest attraction for this year’s Aftershock is NXT, the hottest, newest, sports entertainment featuring Superstars and Divas. More details will be coming soon check out Aftershocks website or NXT at www.wwe.com.

The venue, Gibson Ranch, has a lot to offer the spectators. The place is huge with a lake in the middle. There will be 4 stages, camping, food vendors, merch vendors, alcohol, VIP area, handicapped area, and the NXT booth. I don't think they forgot anything this year. The great thing is this year since it’s in October it should not be 95 degrees like last year. We should have nice weather this time.

This year’s Aftershock is a better lineup then last years which is really saying a lot since last years was completely kickass. With camping being available right at the venue it makes the convenience of the festival so much of a better option for many. Hotels are close by as will for those of us flying in for the show that will not have any camping gear.
