NecroWretch, is old school Death metal band out of France, who formed in 2008. With Serpents Scourge, this is their 2nd full length. After listening a few times, they deliver, for those of us who have a taste for that old school, then this is the CD for you to acquire.

Nine tracks of repulsive and sinful satanic death metal, worshipping evil in all its merciless, putrid beauty. Don’t think that it’s is a bad thing, because it’s not. It is what will pull people into “With Serpents Scourge”.

This album, although may have the same ambience as their first, it's still a dark sinister listen. I think this is going to attract both death and black metal fans alike, this has the appeal and diversity. What you are going to find on this album is unrelenting guitar riffs, pulverizing drum blasts, and vocals with crazed screams, that add to the darkness, enticing you, making you withdraw from everything else surrounding you except the music.  It is fast paced, and maybe even melodic at times, making it the sound of NecroWretch.
