JUDAS PRIEST ANNOUNCE 2019 TOUR
With Judas Priest’s latest studio album, Firepower, confirmed as one of the most successful of the band’s entire career - landing in the "top 5" of 17 countries (including their highest chart placement ever in the U.S., at #5) - demand to see the legendary metal band in concert is higher than ever.

And North American headbangers will get their chance to experience the legendary band on a nearby concert stage this coming spring/summer, when Priest will tour throughout the continent - with the classic metal band Uriah Heep as support.

Kicking off on May 3rd at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida and wrapping up on June 29th at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, fans will get an opportunity to catch Priest at the height of their concert powers on any one of the tour’s 32 dates.

“Metal maniacs - Judas Priest is roaring back to the USA for one more blast of Firepower! Firepower 2019 charges forth with new first time performances born out of Firepower, as well as fresh classic cuts across the decades from the Priest world metalsphere. Our visual stage set and light show will be scorching a unique, hot, fresh vibe - mixing in headline festivals, as well as the in-your-face venue close ups. We can’t wait to reunite and reignite our maniacs...THE PRIEST IS BACK!” -Judas Priest

There are few heavy metal bands that have managed to scale the heights that Judas Priest have during their nearly 50-year career - responsible for issuing such all-time classic albums as British Steel, Screaming for Vengeance, and Painkiller, as well as the anthems “Breaking the Law,” “Living After Midnight,” and “You’ve Got Another Thing Coming.”

And Priest’s presence and influence remains strong, as evidenced by the chart performance of 'Firepower' and its glowing reviews, a Grammy Award win for 'Best Metal Performance', plus being a VH1 Rock Honors recipient and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination.

Also, Priest can be credited as being one of the first metal bands to pioneer wearing leather and studs – a look that would eventually be embraced by metalheads throughout the world.

Undoubtedly, Judas Priest’s upcoming North American tour will only add to their ever-growing status of heavy metal legends.

IN FLAMES RELEASE TEASER FROM UPCOMING NEW RECORD

IN FLAMES vocalist Anders Fridén spoke to Cameron Buchholtz of the Rock 100.5 The KATT radio station about the band's upcoming studio album. The follow-up to 2016's "Battles" will include the song "I Am Above", the official video for which make its online debut on December 14. The clip was once again directed by Patric Ullaeus of Revolver Film Company, who has previously worked with DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL, AMARANTHE and KAMELOT, among others.

Asked about the response to the 21-second "I Am Above" teaser, which saw some fans praising IN FLAMES' return to a heavier sound of the past, Anders said: "I don't know about that part. I mean, I'm happy that people are excited, of course. Personally, I don't like these hype things where they say, 'Oh, they're back again,' or, 'It's this again,' and then they get the full album and [are], like, 'Oh, fuck. It's not…' 'Cause we never do the same album twice; we always take things forward. But I think this one is a little bit more guitar-oriented and slightly heavier… Don't take 'heavier' for grant… But it has a different feel to it."

The vocalist added: "I'm super happy. It's everything that we are: it's melodic; it's aggressive, it's big — big choruses. And I hope people like it.

"If you're familiar with IN FLAMES, as a band, as we are today and have been for awhile, then I don't think you're gonna get disappointed."

Anders also talked about the contributions of IN FLAMES' latest additions, American musicians Tanner Wayne (drums) and Bryce Paul (bass). Asked if Wayne and Paul changed the songwriting dynamic in IN FLAMES, Anders said: "No. They are part of the band for sure, but me and Björn [Gelotte, guitar] have been working for three months for this album. We are a strong band, and I think live, everybody comes together. But when it comes to writing, you don't want too many chefs. We've been doing it for such a long time, we know what we want, and we wanna get there as fast as possible, you know what I mean? But they bring a lot to the table, of course — the community, the feeling of the band and everything. So, yeah… [They're] awesome guys."

IRON MAIDEN RETURNS TO NORTH AMERICA IN 2019
IRON MAIDEN will bring the "Legacy Of The Beast" tour to North America in 2019 for an extensive series of arena and amphitheater shows produced by Live Nation, including a first-ever headline appearance at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. The tour will cover a total of 33 cities right across the U.S.A. and Canada, including Portland, Oregon where they haven't played since 1987 on the "Somewhere In Time" tour, Hartford, Connecticut where they last played in 2005, and many other places not visited since the "Maiden England" 2012-2013 tour. The full list of dates is below.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, November 16 at 10 a.m. local time at LiveNation.com. As always, there will be an exclusive pre-sale for IRON MAIDEN fan-club members.

The band's triumphant first leg of the "Legacy Of The Beast" tour opened in Europe earlier this year to outstanding critical acclaim, not just by the 750,000-plus fans who came to see the show but right across national press and rock media, including The Times (UK) newspaper calling it "an extraordinary show filled with world class theatrics… a masterclass in performance and staging."

MAIDEN vocalist Bruce Dickinson comments: "We're excited to return to North America and share the 'Legacy Of The Beast' tour with all our friends there! We're immensely proud of this show and we've had great reactions from the many fans who came to see us in Europe earlier this year. The production is based on our mobile game 'The Legacy Of The Beast' which basically takes various incarnations of Eddie into many different MAIDEN worlds. This inspired us to put together a stage show to take our fans through different worlds and experiences set to appropriate songs. It is not that easy designing different worlds on stage and we put a huge amount of work into this to make it work and the end result we feel is our most spectacular and certainly the most complex show to date. We've got all kinds of crazy things going on, including a replica Spitfire plane dominating the stage during 'Aces High', tons of pyro, a giant Icarus, muskets, claymores and some truly marvellous flame-throwers which I have a hell of a lot of fun with, as you will see! And, of course, we have Eddie, as you've never seen him before, and absolutely loads of other surprises. I've had the time of my life playing with all these magnificent props on stage, it's been fantastic, we can't wait to bring this show to you!"

Steve Harris, bassist and founder member adds: "We gave a lot of thought to the set list for this tour as the songs needed to follow the narrative of the changing worlds of the stage show. We feel we ended up with a very strong and well balanced set mixing songs we haven't played in many years, like 'Flight Of Icarus', 'Sign Of The Cross' and 'The Clansman' with songs we know the fans want to hear like 'The Trooper', '2 Minutes To Midnight', 'The Number Of The Beast', 'Fear Of The Dark', 'Run To The Hills', 'Hallowed Be Thy Name' and others, reflecting the journey through the different themes of the show. The whole band is really enjoying this tour and we are really looking forward to seeing everybody again!"

Support on the 2019 tour comes from THE RAVEN AGE. Additionally, FOZZY will be guests for the Banc of California Stadium show in Los Angeles.

This technology, being used by the NFL amongst others, is a progression of the paperless system that MAIDEN have been successfully using since 2010 and has worked well in lessening ticket scalping and the drain of prime tickets into the Secondary market.

Fans in the USA and Canada will once again be able to enjoy a Trooper VIP Upgrade package allowing early access to the venue, a pile of Trooper goodies, Trooper beers, food and a designated area to meet with other fans, plus the opportunity to win some great prizes. OZZY OSBOURNE ANNOUNCES "NO MORE TOURS" IN NORTH AMERICA

Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductee and Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Ozzy Osbourne has announced additional "No More Tours 2" North American tour dates for 2019. For these shows, Osbourne will be backed by his longtime collaborators Zakk Wylde (guitar), Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (bass), Tommy Clufetos (drums) and Adam Wakeman (keyboards), with MEGADETH supporting for the entire North American run.

Tickets for the 2019 North American "No More Tours 2" shows go on sale to the general public starting Friday, November 9 at LiveNation.com and through the Live Nation app.

The "No More Tours 2" tour launched in May 2018 in Santiago, Chile for solo shows in three countries followed by a six-week European leg of headlining solo dates and festival performances. A North American tour followed kicking off August 30 in Allentown, Pennsyvania, with the final four shows of that leg of the tour postponed for Ozzy to recover from an infection. Those four shows — Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA, North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas — will now conclude the 2019 dates. Tickets for these rescheduled dates are on sale now at LiveNation.com. The trek will also include a newly announced June 11 stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Prior to his 2019 dates, Ozzy will headline a special New Year's Eve Ozzfest spectacular at the Forum in Los Angeles.

On his upcoming farewell world tour, produced by Live Nation, Osbourne will celebrate more than five decades as a performer (both as a solo artist and as lead singer of BLACK SABBATH which formed in 1968). This tour, expected to take Ozzy around the world with dates into 2020, will mark the end of global touring for the legendary artist, though he will continue to perform select live shows in the future. Throughout his career, Ozzy has sold more than 100 million records.

This will mark the first time MEGADETH will join Osbourne for a full tour, although they have performed together previously at Ozzfest and other festivals around the world.

Although Ozzy's current solo tour is billed "No More Tours 2" and has been advertised as his last major world trek, he insisted that he's not going away entirely, saying: "What I'm stopping is doing what I'm doing now — going around the world all the time. I wish people would understand I'm not retiring. Is it my bad English accent? It's called the 'No More Tours' tour. It doesn't say 'No more tours ever.'"

The legendary singer said that he's easing back on the heavy road schedule in order to be with his family, remarking: "I've got grandchildren that I want to spend time with." But he added that he's been lucky to do what he's been doing for 50 years, saying: "I don't punch a card every morning This is not my job; it's my passion. It's been the best thing that's ever happened to me in my life."

"No More Tours 2" is a reference to Ozzy's 1992 "No More Tours" trek, which marked the first time the singer announced the end of his days as a touring artist. The tour name was a pun based on the title of his then-most recent solo album, "No More Tears". Ozzy returned to action three years later and has been on the road ever since.

Last year, Ozzy reunited with guitarist Zakk Wylde, who played on studio albums such as "No Rest For The Wicked", "No More Tears" and "Ozzmosis" and who has toured on and off with Ozzy for nearly 30 years.

As most fans remember, back in 2000 and 2001, KISS already performed a "Farewell Tour". The trek, which was the last to feature both guitarist Ace Frehley and drummer Peter Criss, played 142 shows over five legs, covering North America, Japan, and Australia.

"Let's put it into perspective and try to at least get a sense of what's different [this time around]," frontman Paul Stanley told Rolling Stone. "The farewell tour took place 19 years ago. The farewell tour was at the end of the time that we had brought back the two original members [guitarist Ace Frehley and Peter Criss] and it was such drudgery and so difficult and so unhappy that it just seemed, like, 'Let's put the horse down.' And after the tour was over, it didn't take me very long to realize I didn't want to say goodbye to the band; I wanted to say goodbye to two members. So that was the differences. We've had 19 years of the band. The band has never been better, happier… But with all that in mind, it's time to think about an end."

Although Stanley didn't rule out the possibility of guest appearances by former members, he didn't promise anything either. "I really can't say," Stanley said. "This will be a celebration of KISS and not any individual lineup or any individual members. I wouldn't rule anything out, but it's not the crux of what we're doing… and I'm not being coy either. I don't want to mislead anybody, really that's not something that's been given a lot of thought at this point, the majority of our time has gone into what is the stage going to be, what is the show going to be, and we're actually in the midst of toying with setlists now."

Rumors of KISS's final run of live shows gained strength several months ago following the news that the band was attempting to trademark the phrase "The End Of The Road." An application from KISS was filed in February to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which means that the band could use it in connection with "live performances by a musical band."

Bassist/vocalist Gene Simmons recently told Sweden's Expressen newspaper that KISS's next tour will last three years. Calling it the band's "most spectacular tour ever," the bassist/vocalist added that the trek will make stops on "all continents."

NEW YEARS EVE OZZFEST SET FOR LOS ANGELES
For the first time since its 1996 debut, Ozzfest — the annual musical event that celebrates hard rock and heavy metal — has created a special one-night-only New Year's Eve celebration to ring in 2019. Set for Monday, December 31 at The Forum in Los Angeles, the event features headliner OZZY OSBOURNE and a lineup of some of the greatest names in rock (and Ozzfest alumni): ROB ZOMBIE, MARILYN MANSON, and Jonathan Davis (of KORN), along with the Ozzfest debut of BODY COUNT featuring Ice-T. BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, fronted by Osbourne's guitarist Zakk Wylde, will headline a second stage outside. Four other yet-to-be-announced bands will also play that stage. The New Year's Eve party will include an outdoor stage, along with other holiday festivities, details of which will be announced in the coming weeks. The evening will conclude with Osbourne onstage counting down to the new year!

"I asked Sharon what we're doing this New Year's Eve and she said, 'We're doing fuck all!" says Ozzy Osbourne. "So I thought, 'We didn't do Ozzfest in 2018, so let's do a New Year's Eve Ozzfest.'"

"Ozzy hates the holidays," Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy's wife and manager, tells Rolling Stone with a laugh. "He hates Christmas and he hates New Year's Eve. He always saying, 'Let's do a gig.' And I'm always like, 'There never is one.' So this year, we said, 'All right, let's do an Ozzfest, because we never did it this year.' Everybody used to play on New Year's and Christmas in the seventies and Eighties, but not anymore. So it's the perfect time."

Tickets for the Live Nation-produced Ozzfest 2018 go on sale Friday, October 26 at 10:00 A.M. PT. Ticket prices range from $49.50 for general admission to $179.50 for a reserved seat. VIP packages are also available, details of which can be found at Ozzfest.com.

Ozzfest started more than 20 years ago and was the first national music festival of its kind dedicated to hard rock music.

Ozzfest has not been a traveling festival in the U.S. since 2007's "free" edition. The show morphed into a one-off event in Dallas in 2008, took 2009 off and played just six cities in 2010.

Over 17,000 concert-goers were in attendance for last year's all-day Ozzfest, which was headlined by OZZY OSBOURNE, while ROB ZOMBIE closed out the next day's Knotfest bill

OLI HERBERT FROM ALL THAT REMAINS PASSES AWAY
Oli Herbert, guitarist of Massachusetts metallers ALL THAT REMAINS, has died. He was only 44 years old. The news of his passing was broken by the group in a social post earlier today.

Oli's bandmates wrote in a statement: "We were devastated to learn that Oli Herbert, our friend, guitar player, and founding member of ALL THAT REMAINS, has passed away.

"Oli was an incredibly talented guitarist and song writer who defined rock and metal from the Northeast. His impact on the genres and our lives will continue indefinitely.

"No further details are available at this time. The band and family request that you please respect their privacy and remember Oli by celebrating the great music he made."

Oli's widow, Beth, later released the following statement via his official Facebook page: "Thank you all for the kind thoughts and words. I don't want to go into what happened until we have a complete picture, but as soon as we do, there will be a statement from the family on this page. In the meantime, please respect our privacy as there are still relatives being informed of Oli's passing. Thank you."

Being a longtime teacher of over 20 years, Oli found a recipe to help budding guitarists achieve new levels of proficiency. In 2009, his metal guitar instructional program for Rockhouse earned him "instructional DVD of the year," and set the bar for all other metal guitar instruction.

Asked what originally got him into playing guitar and making music, Oli told Tone Freqs in a 2013 interview: "I got into metal around 1986, and started listening to MÖTLEY CRÜE, DOKKEN, OZZY OSBOURNE and stuff like that. Right before I started playing, I got into METALLICA and MEGADETH.

"When I was younger, I'd started playing piano, and I liked playing all the new age and pop stuff because keyboard is often the main instrument in those songs," he said. "But when I started listening to metal and rock, guitar was suddenly the main instrument I was listening to. So I think my ear has always been in tune with the lead instrumentalist."

ALL THAT REMAINS's ninth full-length album, "Victim Of The New Disease", is due on November 9 via Fearless.

BEHEMOTH UNVEIL NEW IPA AND ART EXHIBITS IN NORTH AMERICA
Behemoth and Kings County Brewers Collective (Brooklyn, NY) have joined forces for a Double IPA, "Wolf ov Siberia"! From the most blasphemous depths of extreme metal comes a collaboration brew of epic proportions: "Wolf ov Siberia" pours pale gold in the glass, with a light lupulin haze. A blistering blast of bright lemon and crushed lime greets your nose, followed by grapefruit, melon and green pine from a megaload of Citra, Motueka and Centennial hops. Balanced by soft wheat and flaked rye, with a touch of savage bitterness on the finish, it's fierce, fresh, and dangerously drinkable at a 7.7% ABV. "Wolf ov Siberia" beckons all Behemoth and beer fans - "come all ye wolves ov Siberia, we hail the flame, we hail the ice..."

Tony Bellis (co-founder, Kings County Brewers Collective) comments: "We love brewing a wide variety of different beer styles at KCBC and strive to constantly challenge our drinkers' taste buds - in the same way that Behemoth has consistently pushed the boundaries of metal into brutal, uncharted territories over the years. Having been long time Behemoth fans, we're incredibly excited to collaborate with them on this killer Double IPA."

Behemoth mastermind Nergal adds: "Behemoth global domination is still in full effect! After partnering with our friends at Perun to give you a unique craft experience, we thought why just brew beer for the lucky ones in Europe? Kings County Brewers Collective said they could delight the palate of the Americans too! Just in time for our album release October 5th, you'll be seeing 'Wolf ov Siberia' at a bar near you!"

KCBC will host a "Wolf ov Siberia" can release party on October 15th at the KCBC Brewery & Taproom in Brooklyn, followed by a wider release to quality craft beer spots throughout the NYC metro area and beyond. For more information, please visit:

Released last week worldwide, I Loved You At Your Darkest is a crushing salvo of black metal majesty replete with hellish riffs, thundering drum cannonades and soaring liturgical choirs reminiscent of classic horror cinema. The group's most dynamic record yet, the album is extreme and radical on one hand, but also more rock-oriented than any other Behemoth release. Produced by the band themselves, with drum co-production by Daniel Bergstrand (Meshuggah, In Flames), mixing by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Children Of Bodom) mastering by Tom Baker (Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson), and a 17-piece Polish orchestra arranged by Jan Stoklosa, I Loved You At Your Darkest can be previewed and purchased now at: http://behemoth.lnk.to/ILYAYD

As all bookings are timestamped, booked passengers will be extended offers to upgrade to the available suites based upon the time they booked…the earliest booked reservations get the first shot.

If you are interested in upgrading to one of these suites, you may request to do so, however, YOU MUST FIRST RESERVE AN AVAILABLE STATEROOM CATEGORY. During the reservation process, you will see a “VIP and Suite Interest” page. Under the section that reads, “If a VIP stateroom or suite becomes available, please contact me." Please select “Yes” in order to be considered for an upgrade. Again, this will be offered based upon the timestamp of your initial reservation.

When we begin to release the available suites, you will be contacted either by phone or email and given the opportunity to either accept or decline the suite option. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message as well as send you an email. If a deadline is given, please respond within the time frame requested. NITA STRAUSS/ANGEL VIVALDI ANNOUNCE TOUR
Two of the most revolutionary guitar virtuosos of our generation -- renowned soloist ANGEL VIVALDI and Alice Cooper axemaiden NITA STRAUSS -- are pleased to announce the 2018 edition of The Guitar Collective, a United States tour kicking off on November 19 in New Bedford, MA. The tour will visit several major cities, ending in Asbury Park, NJ on December 21. ANGEL VIVALDI and NITA STRAUSS will co-headline each date of the tour with support from special guest Jacky Vincent (ex-Falling in Reverse). The Guitar Collective 2018 will mark NITA STRAUSS’s live solo debut.

VIP and general admission tickets are available now via www.angelvivaldi.com/tour. VIP Meet and Greets with ANGEL VIVALDI and NITA STRAUSS will include a Q&A session, a signed tour poster, and an HD photo with Angel and Nita.

The main goal of The Guitar Collective tour, now in its second year, is to give fans of instrumental guitar music a chance to discover new artists, and for those artists to branch out to new fans. The Guitar Collective founder ANGEL VIVALDI sees the tour as a place where people can come year after year to discover new virtuosos in an exciting live setting, not just behind their computers and phones.

ANGEL VIVALDI says, “The past four years have given us some of today's most incredible guitarists. After last year's Guitar Collective, which included Scale the Summit and Andy James, I knew I had to make this "modern G3" an annual outing. This year, not only do we have NITA STRAUSS's live solo debut, we've also got Jacky Vincent, who both will continue to carry the torch of instrumental guitar music for generations to come. I can't wait to get on stage night after night to jam with my friends.

NITA STRAUSS adds, “These will be my first shows ever as a solo artist, and I couldn't have hoped for a better fitting tour. I've been a huge fan of Angel's since I first discovered his music and became an even bigger fan when I saw his incredible live performance. Angel and Jacky are two of the most innovative and exciting solo guitarists out there in the scene today, and I am beyond honored to share the stage with them on this tour!”

About ANGEL VIVALDI:
As made evident throughout his five solo releases, ANGEL VIVALDI’s blend of spell-binding guitar anthems and tasteful yet virtuosic playing have reached and inspired millions. Beginning his solo career in 2003, Vivaldi joined forces with the newly reformed 40 Below Summer in 2008. He continued to release multiple solo albums including the critically acclaimed Universal Language in 2010, which has become a must-hear staple in today’s instrumental album catalog. In 2012, Vivaldi joined supergroup Vext featuring Tommy Vext (Bad Wolves, Divine Heresy) as well as members from Mutiny Within. After the loss of his best friend to ALS in 2014, not long after the crowd-funded release of Away With Words Part 1, Angel realized that the only thing worse than living with regret would be to die with it. So in 2015, putting his confidence and trust in his audience, Vivaldi quit his day job, committing himself full-time to his career in music.

His latest full-length album, Synapse, is a conceptual opus that joyously matches musical wits with a number of his talented contemporaries. Vivaldi continues to captivate the masses with stunning video releases unlike any seen in the instrumental world such as “A Martian Winter,” “.. _ _ _ “ (Two), and most recently “Serotonin” which features not only NITA STRAUSS but also acclaimed dance crew The Wannabes.

Since beginning to tour in 2015, he has shared the stage with icons such as Yngwie Malmsteen, NITA STRAUSS, Gus G and Devin Townsend. In 2017, he launched his annual The Guitar Collective tour, which has featured artists such as NITA STRAUSS, Scale the Summit, Andy James, Yvette Young and more.

CHEVELLE ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM
Today, multi-platinum, acclaimed alternative rock band CHEVELLE have announced a new album, 12 Bloody Spies: B-Sides and Raritiescompiling sought-after B-Sides and rarities from 2002-2016, now remastered on one brand new collection for the very first time. Set for release on October 26, 2018, the album is now available for pre-order via Epic Records. Get it HERE!

The album pre-order unlocks the single "Sleep Walking Elite." Originally recorded during the sessions for 2007's Vena Sera, thick riffing drives the track, providing the perfect counterpoint to a hauntingly hypnotic hook. With its delicate push-and-pull between robust distortion and dynamic melody, it stands out as classic CHEVELLE.

The project's full collection spans everything from an acoustic version of "Sleep Apnea" off 2009's Sci-Fi Crimes to an unearthed bonus track off the now-classic Wonder What's Next entitled "Until You're Reformed" and "A Miracle" recorded as a bonus track for The North Corridor in 2016. It's essential listening for fans to say the least.

Check out the full tracklisting for 12 Bloody Spies: B-Sides and Rarities below.

Stay tuned for more from CHEVELLE soon!

Since the release of their full-length debut Point #1 in 1999, CHEVELLE have stood at the forefront of hard rock, consistently evolving and progressing while delivering a series of ubiquitous and inescapable anthems. 2002's breakout Wonder What's Next would go platinum, yielding smashes such as "The Red" and "Send the Pain Below," while its follow-up This Type of Thinking Could Do Us In reached gold status. In 2011, Hats Off to the Bull landed at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 and delivered "Face to the Floor." La Gárgola crashed into the Top 5 at #3 and boasted "Take Out the Gunman." 2016's The North Corridor represented new heights for the group, marking its fourth Top 10 bow on the Billboard Top 200.

BEHEMOTH UNVEILS VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE
"It doesn't get more blasphemous than this," declares Behemoth mastermind Nergal, about the band's upcoming album, I Loved You At Your Darkest - due out October 5th via Metal Blade Records (North America) / Nuclear Blast (Europe). While it certainly seems an unlikely title for a black metal band, its origin might surprise fans even more than the words themselves. "It's a verse from the Bible," Nergal reveals. "It's actually a quote from Jesus Christ himself. For Behemoth to use it as the basis of our record, it's sacrilege to the extreme."

A crushing salvo of black metal majesty replete with hellish riffs, thundering drum cannonades and soaring liturgical choirs reminiscent of classic horror cinema, I Loved You At Your Darkest is the group's most dynamic record yet: extreme and radical on one hand, but also more rock-oriented than any other Behemoth release. Produced by the band themselves, with drum co-production by Daniel Bergstrand (Meshuggah, In Flames), mixing by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Children Of Bodom) mastering by Tom Baker (Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson), and a 17-piece Polish orchestra arranged by Jan Stoklosa, I Loved You At Your Darkest can be pre-ordered now at: http://www.metalblade.com/behemoth .

Nergal comments: "'Wolves Ov Siberia' was the first song unveiled from ILYAYD, we began playing it on tour in May of this year - the raw energy and dynamism of the song lent itself perfectly to a live context! The studio version doesn't lose those fundamentals and now with our added intricacies, you will be able to hear the call to Ancient times...the devil is in the detail, after all. The video was purposefully very different from the well-recognised, Behemoth aesthetic - I wanted it to be chaotic, frenzied yet beautiful...I think this is mission accomplished and we're really happy with the final product from Kyle Kadow and Steven Cleavland! Enjoy it!"
